The first step is to determine whether or not the experiences you have match up with the eligibility criteria for the trial. This will involve a phone call with a researcher who will ask you some questions.

These include:

​

• Being aged over 18 years

​

• Having a diagnosis of a schizophrenia spectrum disorder or a mood disorder with psychotic symptoms

​

• Currently experiencing hearing voices (auditory verbal hallucinations) with significant negative content

​

• Currently on treatment with antipsychotic medication

​

• Having access to the internet and a computer/other device on which videoconferencing software can be used
