Nature Medicine feature: How virtual reality is shaping mental health

It is great to see the work of our colleagues at Orygen Digital XR Innovation lab (University of Melbourne) featured in this piece by Nature Medicine.



This article showcases different examples of how virtual reality simulations are being used to help people build confidence in daily life. It also carefully considers the promise and pitfalls of virtual reality and how it is only part of the solution to many common mental health challenges, such as phobias or social anxiety.
